Terms of use

Bijirin shows retail prices published by the Government of Malaysia, the factors that tend to move them, and statistical estimates of how they may change.

Bijirin is free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, without notice.

You need an account only to use the assistant. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

The assistant's answers are produced by an AI model and may be incomplete or wrong. Each account has a monthly allowance.

You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

All prices, ranges, estimates and explanations are general information only. They are not financial, investment, purchasing or business advice, and they do not promise future prices. See the disclaimer.

Check prices with your suppliers and make your own enquiries before you rely on any figure.

Public data on Bijirin keeps its original licence, as listed on Sources and licences. If you reuse it, credit the original publisher as shown there.

Bijirin's software, design, text and models belong to LogStack Sdn. Bhd. You may quote and share figures and screenshots if you credit Bijirin. Any other use needs our written permission.

You must not use Bijirin unlawfully; overload, disrupt or try to gain unauthorised access to it; collect its data in bulk by automated means; or enter other people's personal data into the assistant.

We may limit use, for example the number of requests per minute or assistant questions per month.

Bijirin is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, up to date or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogStack Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of or reliance on Bijirin.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

We handle personal data as set out in our privacy policy, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use after an update means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.

If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
