Please read how the assistant handles your questions.

  • Your questions go to a paid AI service outside Malaysia. To write an answer, we send it your question and the chat so far.
  • Do not type personal details. We remove IC numbers, phone numbers, emails, addresses and names that we can spot before anything is sent, but we cannot catch everything.
  • What we keep. Questions (with those details removed) and answers, for up to 90 days, to check and improve the assistant. They are not linked to your name. To limit heavy use we also keep a scrambled form of your internet address for up to 35 days. Your chat list stays in this browser.
  • Answers are estimates. They can be wrong and are not financial advice. Check important figures on the price pages.

More in the privacy notice. You can change your mind there at any time.
